Eva Care Group's skilled nursing facilities provide full service acute care, traditional short-term or long-term care 24 hour/day. Medical and skilled nursing care is conducted by physicians, medical specialists, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants that provide: Ongoing evaluation of the resident, Medication management, Wound care, Dialysis, Restorative nursing program, IV service.
Rehabilitation Services
Therapy programs are uniquely developed for each resident, with the help of their family and physicians. Our extensive rehabilitation services emphasize achievement. Each resident's recovery is mapped out from the onset and goals for improvement are established. Our therapists work along with the activities director, social workers, and dietary staff to bring physical, emotional and spiritual concerns of each resident into balance. Our rehabilitation program includes: Muscle strengthening, Balance training, Transfer training, Pain management, Treatment for swallow difficulties, Activities of daily living, Assessments for orthotic and home, Patient education, and Equipment needs.
