Eva Care Group's Acute Hospitals, skilled nursing facilities provide full scope of acute care, traditional short-term, long-term care through 24 hours per day medical and skilled nursing care by physicians, medical specialists, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants that provide: Ongoing evaluation of the patient, Medication management, Wound care, Dialysis, Restorative nursing program, IV service.
Rehabilitation Services
Therapy programs are uniquely developed for each resident, with the help of their family, family physicians. Our extensive rehabilitation services emphasize achievement. Each resident's recovery potential is assessed and goals for improvement are established. Our therapists work along with the activities director, social workers, and dietary staff to bring physical, emotional and spiritual concerns of each resident into balance.
